What happens if I fill out and submit the complaint form on your site?
A lawyer will read and review your complaint. He or she then will make a determination about whether your complaint reflects unlawful activity. On occasion, the lawyers will find something that they believe could form the basis of an individual lawsuit or a class action lawsuit on behalf of consumers or shareholders. They will then research the issue and may contact you, or they may use the information they discover as part of a lawsuit.

After I submit a complaint, will I hear from you?
If the lawyer reviewing your complaint believes that it reflects unlawful activity that could support a lawsuit, you will be notified. If you do not hear from someone, then you know that the reviewers did not feel that the facts and circumstances would justify a lawsuit or a follow-up communication, at least at this time. However, we keep the complaint on file, and sometimes we review old complaints when we spot a recurring issue or problem.

Do you keep my complaint?
Yes. We keep the complaints we receive in a database. We regularly review the database, and often see trends or patterns of complaints. This allows us to better serve you by letting you know when we see these patterns or trends occurring.

Do you keep names from complaints?
Yes. We keep the entire complaint. We sometimes contact the person making a complaint months later for a follow-up.

If I do not hear from anyone does that mean I could not bring a lawsuit?
No. This site is not offering you legal advice, and you should not interpret no response as meaning that you do not have a basis for a lawsuit.

Do you use the complaints or complainant's names for any other purposes?
No. Our database is private, and we protect your privacy. Unless we are ordered by a court to turn over information, we will not. We will not share your complaint, name, address, or e-mail address with vendors or anyone else, except of course the lawyers reviewing the complaint.

Will any action be taken on my complaint without my knowledge or authorization?
