The Internet can be a scary place.  Although we are all becoming accustomed to purchasing products on-line, there is still some doubt over the security of our transactions or even whether the transactions we enter into are legitimate.  To avoid being defrauded or becoming the victim of an Internet scam, it is important to know your rights and understand the nature of the Internet itself.  Remember, there are no limits or regulations on what can be posted on the Internet.  Fraudulent web sites can exist side-by-side with legitimate ones.  So, be wary and be smart.
